JUICE CONNECTOR-extension lead for JUICE BOOSTER 2, 5 m long.
It has on both ends the JUICE CONNECTOR safety connector and can be connected between the JUICE BOOSTER 2 and the appropriate adapter. With this cable, the total length of the JUICE BOOSTER 2 will increase to over 10 m.
Please Note: The standard does not consider an extension cable between power source and IC CPD (In Cable Control and Protection Device). By using this cable the JUICE BOOSTER 2 is not conform in this respect to this standard. However the use is safe and tested. Because the JUICE CONNECTOR is traversable, any safety risks during use are minimal.
Up to 2 extension cable can be connected in series. Note also the same product in 5 m length. Therefore in theory the JUICE BOOSTER 2 can stretch up to 25 m in length and this can also be done with the type 2 or type 3 adapter for charging stations.
Many of our customers purchase additionally a 5 m cable and a 10 m cable to be flexible. This enables you easily to extend the unit by 5, 10 or 15 m without too much clutter.
Always make sure that there are no trip hazards when routing the extension lead. Mark if necessary the extension lead with coloured tape or with a high viz safety vest.
